Join us at Junction from 6:30pm for a 7pm start on Friday 14th July for the next instalment in our Masterclass Series – this time featuring Tom Scott, State Premium Spirit Ambassador for The Exchange, who will take us into a journey celebrating 100 years of Suntory Whisky.

Tom has been spreading the good word of spirits throughout his 14-year career, having the opportunity along the way to work at and run some phenomenal establishments in Melbourne and abroad, including ‘Madame Brussels’, The ‘Experimental cocktail group’ Paris, ‘Mr Wow’s Emporium’, and more recently in one of Australia’s best whisky bars ‘Whisky & Alement’.
