Junction Moama’s Masterclass Series returns for 2025 for an evening with the team behind Rich Glen!

A Legacy of Excellence – The Rich Glen Family Story

In 1982, Franc and Marija Vodusek purchased “Rich Fields” from the Forge family, followed by the acquisition of the neighbouring “Glen Loth” property from the Bruce family in 1984. Both properties had been in the same families since 1870, and in honour of this shared history, the Voduseks combined the names to create Rich Glen.

In 1997, Franc and his son Daimien planted 36,000 olive trees, marking the beginning of their journey into olive oil production. By 2001, they had built a state-of-the-art processing plant, enabling them to harvest and press olives within hours, resulting in one of the freshest and finest Australian first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) available.

Today, Daimien and his wife Rosalind, an accomplished chef, continue to live and work on the farm, raising their family while upholding strong work ethics and traditional values. Together, they share a vision of producing exceptional quality products that reflect their dedication to excellence and sustainable farming practices.
