Our inaugural event shines a spotlight on the vibrant Castlemaine region, showcasing its rich produce, artisanal traditions, and culinary creativity. We’re thrilled to welcome special guest Rory Brown, 2024 AHA Victoria Chef of the Year, from the historic Five Flags Hotel in Campbells Creek. Renowned for his refined techniques and deep connection to local ingredients, Rory brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the table.

In collaboration with Junction’s own Head Chef Cameron Kydd, the duo have crafted an exclusive degustation menu that honours Castlemaine’s premium produce in an elegant, multi-course journey for the senses.

This special menu is a celebration of regional produce and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
